Customer Service Representative at Göteborg Energi

We are now looking for a customer service representative for Göteborg Energi in Gårda, central Gothenburg. Göteborg Energi is the energy company of the Gothenburg residents, a complete energy company that works with products and services within electricity trading and networks, district heating, gas, cooling, energy services, and broadband. About the Position

In your daily work, you will receive incoming calls and respond to emails and chat. All tasks are performed with the goal of delivering the best possible service and achieving the highest customer satisfaction possible. You will answer customer inquiries and, in connection with this, work with upselling as part of the service. During calls, you will administer important details and information. This requires you to be present and attentive in conversations and to see the customer's needs in order to present the best solution for the customer in a simple way. Initially, the position will be set at 80% with some possibility of working 100% if needed.

Göteborg Energi is looking for someone who is driven and passionate about service. Customer satisfaction is A and O for them. In the role of customer service representative, you should be able to adapt your service according to the customer's needs, conditions, and wishes. Therefore, we see that you should have previously worked in a service-oriented/administrative profession. You should be comfortable and preferably have experience working on a computer as it is your primary working tool. If you have prior experience working with systems, this is an advantage.

Initially, you will receive internal training at Göteborg Energi to get the right conditions. In the training, you will learn how to handle and navigate their various systems and how to best resolve frequently recurring issues.

Requirements:

Complete high school diploma
Fluent in writing and speaking Swedish
Comfortable in English both spoken and written

Meritorious:

Post-secondary education in service/sales/administration
Previous experience in customer interaction
